All Opuliss products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers any defect in the product but does not cover misuse or fair wear & tear.
If you consider that your product is defective and you are entitled to a replacement, please email hello@opuliss.com and provide a detailed description of the problem.
Please retain your product packaging for the duration of the warranty period so any returns can be sent in the original packaging.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be provided on unused product. If you receive your product and it is not what you expected a full refund can be issued provided the goods are returned unused in the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your products.

All items shipped by Opuliss are sent in discrete plain packaging with no logos or promotional content displayed on the outside of any packaging.
Contained within the packaging you will find a satin draw string bag which will enable you to store your device discretely in your home.
