Opuliss products are sold exclusively through opuliss.com and a small number of authorized retail partners that we name here when they are added. Buying outside that supply chain (through unauthorized resellers, third-party marketplaces, or auction sites) carries a real risk of receiving a counterfeit, expired, or tampered product. Counterfeit skincare and cosmetics are a recognized public-health issue: U.S. Customs and Border Protection seized over $1.7 billion in counterfeit goods in fiscal year 2023 according to CBP IPR Seizure Statistics, with personal-care and cosmetics products among the categories most frequently flagged for safety risk.

If you see Opuliss listed on Amazon, eBay, Mercari, AliExpress, or any other marketplace not listed above, that listing is not authorized by Opuliss. We cannot verify the authenticity, freshness, or storage history of products sold through unauthorized channels, and we cannot honor satisfaction guarantees or returns on those products.

How to verify a genuine Opuliss product

Every authorized Opuliss order arrives with the following:

A printed receipt or packing slip showing your order number, billing name, and the opuliss.com domain.
Outer carton printed with the Opuliss wordmark in our editorial typeface, manufacturing batch code, and full ingredient list in INCI format.
Inner unit packaging that matches the product photos on opuliss.com, with the same color, finish, weight, and ingredient panel.
A tamper-evident seal that is intact when the product is received.

If any of these are missing, mismatched, or appear to have been resealed, treat the product as unverified and contact us before using it.

Reporting a suspected counterfeit

If you believe you received a counterfeit Opuliss product, please email info@opuliss.com with:

The seller name, listing URL, and date of purchase.
Photos of the outer carton, inner unit, ingredient panel, and any batch or lot code printed on the product.
The order number, if you have one.

We respond to authenticity reports within five business days. We do not charge customers for reporting, and we do not require legal action as a precondition to investigating a report. Where appropriate, we will work with the marketplace, the seller, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's IPR Center to remove the listing and pursue enforcement against repeat counterfeiters.

Why this matters for skincare and cosmetics

Counterfeit skincare often contains undisclosed substitutes for active ingredients, contaminated water, microbial overgrowth from improper storage, or banned pigments. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration warns that counterfeit cosmetics have tested positive for arsenic, beryllium, cadmium, lead, mercury, and dangerous bacteria including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, any of which can cause infection or chronic harm. Buying through an authorized channel is the simplest way to ensure the product on your skin is the product we sell.
