Refund policy
Opuliss products are made in small batches and shipped directly to you. For hygiene reasons, and so that every order reaches the next customer in the condition it left us, all sales are final.
What that means
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, for a shade that did not suit, or for a formula that did not agree with you. Please choose carefully, and use the shade and routine tools on this site before you order. If you are unsure, write to Info@Opuliss.com before you buy and we will help you pick.
Where we will always put it right
Final sale never covers our own mistakes. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the item or refund you in full if:
- the product arrived damaged or broken
- you received the wrong item
- the product is faulty, or had passed its expiry date on arrival
- your order never arrived
Email Info@Opuliss.com with your order number and a photograph of the problem. We do not ask you to send a damaged item back before we act.
If you are shopping from the European Union or the United Kingdom
Your law gives you rights that our policy does not reduce, and we would rather state them plainly than bury them.
You may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. That right does not apply to sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery, because skincare and cosmetics cannot be resold once opened. In practice this means an unopened product with its seal intact can be returned within 14 days, and an opened one cannot.
Write to Info@Opuliss.com to cancel. Return postage is yours, and we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product back. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Two ranges, two origins
Opuliss Beauty ships from North America and Opuliss Skin ships from Europe, so an order containing both travels as two parcels. Where a return does apply, each parcel is returned separately and the address is on the packing slip that came with it.
