Description
A dual eye and lip primer that smooths and grips, so color goes on truer and lasts longer on both the lids and the lips. A quick-setting film of volatile isododecane and a silicone resin fills fine texture and gives powder and pigment something to hold, so eyeshadow and lip color apply more evenly and stay put, resisting creasing, feathering and fading through the day. One base preps both the eyes and the lips.
To use, smooth a thin layer over clean lids or lips and let it set before applying color.
