Our Standard

Beauty, held to a standard.

Opuliss Beauty is luxury cosmetics built to the standard of skincare: considered formulas, an inclusive shade range, and a finish that reads like skin, not makeup. Colour, made without compromise.

The idea

Cosmetics deserve the same rigour as skincare. Opuliss Beauty begins from that conviction: a formula worn on the face all day should be considered as carefully as the serum beneath it, chosen for how it behaves on skin rather than how it performs in a swatch.

The aim is a face that looks finished and still looks like itself. Luxury, here, is restraint. Fewer products, better made, placed with intention, so the result reads as skin brought into focus, never as a mask laid over it.

How it is made

Every formula is published in full on its product page, down to the may-contain colorants, and the ingredients that appear most across the range each carry a plain-language glossary entry with their safety assessments.

Made in North America

Produced in the United States with globally sourced ingredients.

Loose pressed pigment, the material a colour cosmetic is actually made of

Cruelty-free, always

Cruelty-free across the entire range. Where a shade uses carmine, a pigment of natural origin, we say so plainly on its product page.

Considered packaging

Recyclable, eco-conscious packaging, designed to hold the product and little else.

A shade range for many

Built to be worn across many skin tones and matched by undertone, not depth alone.

Shade, done properly

A shade match is only right when the undertone is right. Opuliss Beauty builds its complexion range to be matched by undertone (cool, neutral, warm) and not by depth alone, so the colour settles into skin instead of sitting on top of it. The range is designed to be worn by many skin tones, matched to the person rather than to an average.

Two halves, one standard

Opuliss makes skincare as well as colour, and both are held to the same standard. Opuliss Skin applies the same discipline of considered formulas and restraint to the serums, moisturisers, and treatments that sit beneath the makeup.
