Description
A pearl eye primer that smooths the lid and lays down a luminous, pearlescent base for eyeshadow. A quick-setting film of volatile isododecane and a silicone resin grips the lid and grabs powder, so shadow goes on truer, blends more easily and stays put, helping color resist creasing and fading through the day. A soft pearl finish adds a lit-from-within glow worn on its own or under shadow.
To use, sweep a thin layer over the lid and let it set before applying eyeshadow.
