CELLULAR ANTI-AGING ASCORBYL GLUCOSIDE SERUM

A stabilised vitamin C serum built on 2% ascorbyl glucoside. This glycosylated vitamin C derivative converts in skin to L-ascorbic acid to help brighten and even the look of tone, while ferulic acid supports antioxidant stability and multi-weight hyaluronic acid hydrates.

Formulated for Anti-Aging, Hyperpigmentation, and Dry Skin.

  • Ascorbyl Glucoside at 2%, a stable Vitamin C derivative, is converted in skin to release L-ascorbic acid, helping brighten and even the look of tone1,2.
  • Ferulic Acid at 1% supports Vitamin C stability within the antioxidant network3.
  • Multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid pairs surface and penetrating molecular weights to hydrate and smooth the appearance of skin4.

Hero mechanism: Ascorbyl Glucoside is a glycosylated stable Vitamin C derivative converted to free L-ascorbic acid in viable human epidermis. Full mechanism and citations under Details and references.

A 30 ml / 1.01 fl oz stabilised Vitamin C face serum built on Ascorbyl Glucoside at 2% (a glycosylated stable Vitamin C derivative), with Ferulic Acid at 1% as an antioxidant synergist and a multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid system, on a plant-oil emollient base. 99% natural origin, 13% organic origin, vegan eligible.

  • Apply two to three drops to clean skin in the morning, after toner and before moisturiser.
  • Layer a broad-spectrum SPF 30 or higher daily. Vitamin C pairs well with morning application under sunscreen.
  • Suitable for daily morning use.

99% natural origin, 13% organic origin, vegan eligible. Contains naturally occurring fragrance allergens (Limonene, Geranyl Acetate, Linalool, Geraniol, Citronellol). Patch test on the inner forearm for 24 hours before facial use, and avoid use if you have a known sensitivity to these allergens.

Ascorbyl Glucoside is a glycosylated stable Vitamin C derivative that is converted to free L-ascorbic acid in viable human epidermis1. In a 24-week double-blind half-face study (n=27), an ascorbyl glucoside complex significantly reduced the appearance of pigmentation on solar lentigos compared to placebo. That study used a 28% complexed concentration, while this formulation uses 2% ascorbyl glucoside2. Ferulic Acid contributes to the canonical Vitamin C antioxidant network. Ferulic acid has been shown to stabilise a topical vitamin C and E solution and double its photoprotection, an effect cited as mechanism-class plausibility because it has not been directly tested for the ascorbyl glucoside form3. Multi-weight Hyaluronic Acid pairs surface and penetrating molecular weights for hydration4.

The Opuliss difference

SCIENCE, MADE VISIBLE

Opuliss begins where the research ends. Every active is named, every claim is traceable, and nothing is left to promise alone.

Morning to night

A RITUAL, CONSIDERED

Each formula stands on its own and belongs to the whole. Layered with intention, morning and night, the routine becomes unmistakably yours.

A twenty four hour rhythm

THE SKIN KEEPS TIME

Skin is not the same at midnight as it is at nine in the morning. Across a single day its temperature, its acidity and the moisture it loses to the air each move on a rhythm of their own. Morning and night are not two routines. They are one, kept in time.

Yosipovitch G et al. Journal of Investigative Dermatology, 1998 (PMID 9424081). Sixteen volunteers sampled every two hours across a twenty four hour span.
