Start with every-other-evening use for the first two weeks to build tolerance, then move to daily morning and evening use once tolerance is established. If you use a leave-on retinoid product, alternate evenings between this toner and the retinoid until tolerance is established.

This formula contains Alcohol as a co-solvent for Salicylic Acid, so a transient warming or mild stinging sensation may occur on first application, particularly on a compromised skin barrier. Patch test before first use: apply a small amount to the inner forearm, leave undisturbed for 24 hours, and observe for redness or irritation. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if any product enters the eye.
